Cappuccino Mix

Ingredients

2/3 cup instant coffee granules
1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1 cup powdered chocolate drink mix
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions
1. Process instant coffee to a fine powder in a food processor or blender or crush with a rolling pin.
2. Combine creamer, chocolate mix, instant coffee, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend well. Pour or spoon into 2 pint-sized jars.
3. Attach a card that reads:
Cappuccino Mix:
Stir 3 tablespoons of mix into 6 ounces hot water.
